He was previously the Sales Director with RAD, General Manager of Harmony Resorts (who own one of the lift companies), and Manager of Ski Japan (the largest inbound tour operator). Jason loves skiing, and has been a volunteer ski patroller in Thredbo for 16 years, his last four as Captain. He was Vice-President of ASPA (the Australian Ski Patrol training and standards body). Jason has a B. Sc. in pure mathematics, and was previously a senior master at one of Australia's leading private schools. Jason has been one of the leading local real estate professionals for eight seasons, and has built up excellent relationships with the community (Japanese and foreign). He has a reputation for being professional and extremely knowledgeable about the local market and issues.

Taka is a very keen skier, and was Hokkaido Champion Mogul skier in 1994. Taka has a university education in architecture, and most importantly holds a Real Estate Licence. He is very experienced in dealing with Japanese vendors, and also with the many issues involving foreign buyers and sellers. Taka’s energy, enthusiasm and “can do” attitude are of great benefit to HRE and our customers.

She operates from our office in Sapporo and handles all banking and financial matters. Okada-san also holds a real estate licence, is a registered architect, and has a degree in English Literature. Okada-san loves the beautiful natural environment of Niseko, and loves spending time in this tranquil place.

He has been working in the area since 2008 in a number of areas including development planning, project management and sales and marketing. He has a Masters in business and extensive knowledge of the Niseko area and market. He has helped many buyers purchase property in the area. As well as excellent relationships with local businesses and with customers in key Niseko markets, he brings a great deal of knowledge and professionalism to the HRE team which benefits our customers enormously. John is a passionate golfer, indeed he was initially drawn to Niseko by the beautiful golf courses. He runs Niseko Golf Academy in the summer months. John speaks fluent Japanese and has a Japanese wife.

He hails from Yokohama and moved here in 2002, working with Jason in Ski Japan, then with local solicitors and various other real estate businesses. Kiichi lives in Hanazono with his wife and two children, you can see him riding the lifts nearly every day in winter, and on the golf courses in summer !
